What payment methods do you accept?

Our site accepts credit card as well as payment through Apple Pay and PayPal! You will be given the option to select your preferred payment method in checkout.

How long it will take to my order to ship?

Unless otherwise stated in a product description, items will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow for another 3-5 business days for standard delivery, unless you selected quicker shipping at checkout.  

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

If your order gets lost or stolen, we will do our best to work with USPS to track and find your item, however we are not responsible for the package once it's in the hands of the mail carrier. You can also contact USPS with your tracking number. 

What's your return policy?

We do not provide cash refunds, but we do offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with a product, reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving it and we will arrange the exchange. Note: All shipping costs for a return/exchange are the buyer's responsibility.
